1. Overview
Siftingflush offers educational coaching and reflective guidance rather than any guaranteed outcome. Because our services involve our time and preparation, this policy sets out a balanced approach to cancellations and refunds that is fair to both you and us. It applies alongside any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
2. One-to-one coaching sessions
If you have booked and paid for an individual session, the following applies:
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you may request a full refund or move the payment to a future session.
- If you cancel within 48 hours, we may retain a reasonable portion of the fee to reflect the reserved time and preparation.
- If we need to cancel a session for any reason, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled session at no extra cost.
3. Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. You are welcome to reschedule a session where reasonable notice is given, normally at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to find an alternative time that suits you, subject to availability.
4. Group programmes
Group learning circles run across several sessions and depend on a stable group. For these:
- You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the first session.
- Between 7 days and the start date, a partial refund may apply to reflect planning and reserved places.
- Once a programme has begun, fees for sessions already held are generally non-refundable, although we will consider individual circumstances reasonably.
5. Self-paced digital guides
Where we provide downloadable or digital educational guides, these are made available to you immediately on purchase. For this reason, refunds for digital guides are limited once access has been provided, except where the material is faulty, not as described, or where the law requires a refund.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, please contact us with the following details:
- Your name and the email address used for the booking.
- The service, date, and time concerned.
- A brief explanation of your request.

7. Processing times
Where a refund is agreed, we aim to process it within 10 business days. Refunds are normally returned using the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the timeframes set out above.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version shown on this page, with the "last updated" date above, is the one that applies. Bookings are governed by the policy in effect at the time they are made.
